Well... here's the bad news, my hard drive fried and I lost photoshop. I tried GIMP and well... that didn't really work. :S Bawl I know right? But it gets even better. My laptop died last week. Aka, the fickle bastard kicked the bucket finally. So I went out and bought a new laptop last week as well. Now... I'm still getting used to VISTA (ugh, it's so... ugly) but so far, nothing too major has happened. I'm still me just... slightly less employed.
I'm still living at home in my less than clean bedroom (hmmm... that gives me an idea. The things that pop up from writing a blog entry!) and am only working part time. Let's just put it this way. I think anyone would've arguably done the same thing if their mental and physical well-being were on the line. But it's okay! My new job, while only part-time is great! My co-workers are awesome, my manager is awesome (she brings us cake \o/ what's not to like?!) and I'm hopefully bringing a little bit of sunshine to someone's crappy day. ^^
Did anyone except my close friends know that I'm a Certified Pharmacy Technician? 8D Well... there ya go! I am a Pharmacy Technician.
So who wants some more bad news? I won't be making textures/brushes/etc. until I get me some photoshop action. Actually... anybody give me an honest opinion on photoshop elements?
Anywho, I've written a few things in the past few months that I'd love to share with everybody. ^_^ There's some poetry and some original flash fiction. Is anyone interested in my meager meanderings in fanfiction? Haha, probably not.
...Maybe I'll download GIMP just so I can make some simple banners for my writings. Or I should go digging for that photoshop disc I have lying around somewhere or maybe a friend of mine will lend me their disc? 8D Who knows!
Anywho, I suppose that I should get up and post something seeing as I haven't done so in AGES. Fanwork or original... fanwork or original... Wah, I can't decide!
*ponders starting a writing blog* 8D

If I ever get photoshop back (my hard drive fried and took everything I had with it) then I'd love to make some more brushes!
